Our online chat service ASSIST is one year old this month. Since the launch in November 2006, Learning Centre staff have responded to over 1000 questions on a variety of topics including finding subject information, using electronic resources, referencing and writing assignments, IT queries and study skills. It provides on the spot assistance whether you are on or off-campus. Have you tried it yet?

This week sees the official launch of ASSIST – the Learning Centre’s online chat service. Whether you are on or off-campus you can log on and chat to a librarian with any questions you have about finding and using resources. We’re keen to know what you think of this service so any feedback is welcomed.
